Our embroidered garments are produced in-house, meaning we have complete control over the entire order and production process. Once we receive your logo or design, we will redraw it in a format that can be read by our high-tech embroidery machines. This process is known as digitisation. Before we begin embroidering your garments, we always provide an embroidery proof. This means you can see exactly how your finished design will look and make any alterations if they are needed. Once you have seen and approved the embroidery proof, our in-house team of highly experienced embroiderers will use our industrial Brother machines to sew your design on to the garments you have chosen.

With NxtGen’s bespoke garment service, the only limit is your imagination. Whatever you envision for your branded garments, our team can help you make it come to life. Our range of bespoke products is just as varied as our selection of off the shelf products. We offer all kinds of garments through our bespoke design service, including polo shirts, sweatshirts and t-shirts. As well as these, we can also design custom accessories such as ties and scarves.
